Amazing folks in management

If you're looking for a place to live this is the place. Accessible to all major amenities, safe and secure, pet friendly, awesome management company. They take good care there tenants. I am going to truly miss my fieldstone family friends neighbors most of all the wonderful staff at the office because they became my family. 5 years with them (( there just a great team)) hugs Tony

Emergency Maintenance

My lower refrigerator wasn’t working so I called on call maintenance on Friday the 10th of April. Andre was on call and responded promptly to fix my refrigerator. It’s working great and Andre is great. Thank you Andre!!!!!

Wonderful

I can't say enough nice things about this apartment complex. I've been here about 6 weeks and I LOVE IT HERE. The staff are so nice and friendly. And maintenance is just out of this world. My neighbors are nice snd it's just so quiet here. This is the best place to be in Mebane. So if you are looking for a place to call home look no farther than Fieldstone.

Fieldston

The rent in Fieldstone continues to increase. However, there are no updates made to the units. Other complexes in Mebane have made many upgrades and are very competitive with pricing. The only reason that I continue to renew here is the staff and the comfort of living here for so long. The staff here at Fieldstone are amazing.

Great Place to Live

Move in

Fieldstone Apartment homes was amazing during my move in process ! I applied and was approve the same day which was great for me because I only had a week to move out my previous apartment. The leasing staff is friendly and very helpful every step of the way. I would recommend Fieldstone to anyone looking for an apartment and Mebane.

Fantastic choice

I just have to say that I have lived here for three months and this was the best choice I made. The staff is amazing and very prompt in completing task for you. I see a new outdoor kitchen as well up by the pool that seems to be getting ready to open! I would recommend this apartment to anyone best place to live!

Great choice

Mature property

I've lived at Fieldstone with my sister for over eight years and We enjoy every little detail about the community we live in. Landscapers are always out and about doing something to make things look well kept. So much wildlife, birds, bunnies, squirrels, deer and an occasional albino deer! The office staff has always been friendly to us and seems to truly care about everyone here.

A safe, comfortable, quiet place to live!

I lived there over 2 1/2 years and enjoyed every minute!...The management/office staff was always cordial, polite, caring, and professional...The maintenance/grounds guys were friendly and available if I needed them...I was impressed with the landscaping care and with how the trees and shrubs were trimmed and shaped...I'm in law enforcement and coming home after work late at night in the summer time, it was relaxing to see the warm glow from the lights in the complex walkways and parking lots.... You will not be unhappy living at Fieldstone Apts.!!!

Would gladly stay here again

Loved every second of it! The staff, the location, the amenities and the neighborhood was beyond 5 stars!! The staff always treated us amazingly, the location is right in the middle of everything but yet you never heard a lot of noise. And all of the nearby neighbors were always very nice. We moved out (because we were expecting a child) but would gladly live here again without hesitation! Of the 10 months we lived there my only complaint would have been trying to find a parking spot at night. Besides that fieldstone was a great experience and we would gladly stay there again! :)

What a great experience.

The staff and grounds here at fieldstone are excellent. Jessica and Christie in the office are amazing! Me and my roommate moved in here almost 2.5 years ago. We just renewed again for another 6 months, and couldn't be happier. We are treated like family here at fieldstone, and always have all of our needs taken care of. We are parting ways in July when our lease is up for school purposes and will always remember how welcoming and warm fieldstone was. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fabulous place to live.

Would recommend

I have lived here two times and would come back again if the opportunity arises. Office ladies are always helpful and friendly. It was a nice touch to have the residents get together for pool parties , Halloween., and when they had the police dept and fire dept come out for a cookout. I feel like I'm welcomed and appreciated.

Fieldstone

I've been a resident at Fieldstone for the past 5 years and just signed another lease. The ladies in the office are as sweet as pie and the mainantance guys are always hard at work. Love this place

I've lived at Fieldstone for about 2 years now and will continue to stay here for as long as I can. You can't beat the price of the apartment compared to everything you get. It's an older place, but very well maintained and that means the world. Sad to let it go

I've lived here for about 6 years and had it not been for my job transferring me I would have continued to stay here. This complex has it all and I mean this. They don't hike your rent up around renewal time, they take care of you here, all I had to worry about was paying rent, they took care of everything else

Amazing Place

I love it here. I am a current resident who just renewed their lease and I'm happy to say I didn't think twice about renewing it here. I've been here 2 years and everything has went smoothly. Fieldstone Apartments

I have been very satisfied with my residency at Fieldstone Apartments. Maintenance was very quick to respond and extremely helpful. Pricing was fair and office was easily accessible with operating hours and scheduling. Some of the fixtures (i.e. faucets) could stand to be replaced in some of the older units. No real negative opinions and I, personally, have enjoyed my stay.

Great Apartment Community

I absolutely love it here. I moved in a couple weeks ago and the staff made it very easy. My apartment needed light bulbs when I moved in and Roy made sure that I had them that same day. The pool looks amazing and I can't wait for it to open up and i know my son feels the same way. Kudos to the staff. I felt right at home

Great move

Moved in a few weeks back and love what I've experienced so far. Office staff seems to be very personable and works together to make sure we all have a good experience. When I came in the lady had to take myself and another couple on a double tour while the other gentleman in the office took a different set of folks on a tour of different style apartment. Complete different experience from our previous apartment search when on two different occasions we were refused a tour at two other communities. Happy we ran across Fieldstone!!

Quality and price

We just moved into a 2 bedroom this week and you can't beat the price and the amenities that Fieldstone offers. The apartments look brand new and are very clean. The price is lower than most apartments around the area and offer more amenities. We are very excited and happy to be living here.

Quick move in

I am recently new at Fieldstone but filled out my application and with in 24 hours Jessica had me moved in. There were a few minor issues with the apartment but maintenance had the medicine cabinet and the laundry room light bulb fixed and replaced the same day that I addressed the issue

Wonderful!!

I had a wonderful experience with Jessica E. and I really can't wait to become a future resident. The apartments were clean and quiet and in a great location close to so many places. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to live.

Quick move

Needed to move unexpectedly for an out of state job transfer last year. Fieldstone made sure everything was set up and ready to move in (renters insurance, time warner, even a washer dryer rental) Jessica Carpenter was a huge help in my apartment search. Many thank you's to all the staff!

Apartment Review

We only lived at Fieldstone for a short time due to the face we had sold our home and our new home was not quite ready. They are nice apartments and have the amenities that you need in them. We liked that they do short-term lease's. Everyone in the office was very helpful the entire time. Helped us rent a W/D since ours was in storage, to any paperwork we needed help with.

Fieldstone Review

I am originally from out of state and got relocated to Mebane for a job. The location is excellent; close to the interstate, but off the road and quiet. The only down fall is that the gym is a little on the small side. Nice equipment and it is usually empty.

Love where I live

No place like home

I have lived at many different places. And fieldstone has been the best of them all. When I got divorced, they helped me in anyway they could to make my transition hear easier. The Office staff is great! And it's a HUGE help having onsite Maintenance men 24/7. Lord knows I've had to call them a few times and they are always there. No place I'd rather call home!

Apartment

Little things make me love fieldstone more and more. And it's things I'd have to worry about if I had my own house. For instance they are pressure washing all of the buildings today to make sure everything is Nice and clean! Can't thank them enough for making my life easier.

Diamond in the ruff

Fieldstone is a diamond in the ruff!! It's in a quiet location but still close to all the best amenities! You are right around the corner from shopping, restaurants and anything you'll need!! The community itself is quiet and very friendly! The apartments are spacious and feel just like home! Love living here!!

Think Twice

we were looking for a nice quiet place to move and this seemed to be where we wanted to live really didn't check the area out really well after moving in apartment wasnt cleaned at all, done walk thru checked off what i seen after turning it in it wasnt taken care of it was my job to touchup the paint etc, cob webs at the mailboxes , chipped paint ,rotten wood on the trim of the apartments ,Maintenance supervisor sits in the office talks to the ladies there , doesn't do alot of work at all ,appliances are not up to date ,people at the pool ignore the No alcoholic beverages , cussing at the pool area while smoking over all Not happy of my choice I wont be renewing my lease !

Quite and Laid Back

My husband and I lived here for over a year before we bought a home. Now not a week goes by that we don't wish we had stayed longer! Fieldstone is an amazing community to live in. Must visit

Fieldstone is a very quiet community to itself with beautiful landscaping and kept up very well. Amanda, Jessica and the tall leasing lady "Michelle-Molly" were very welcoming and made my parents move in process very easy. Huge peace of mind knowing my parents live in such a caring community.

Easy proccess, Clean., Great place to live

The staff at field-stone are just amazing!! -Easy process, application process -The staff helped even though my credit was not so good -When you call for service.. You get a friendly staff person and fast dispatch -Very friendly maintenance staff -Allot of open free Parking and very safe -The grounds are keep neat and clean and the pool ( salt water do I say more ) I feel safe... If I could buy a unit here I would!! If you are moving to NC this is a good place to call home... 60's + day's here and loving it

Accommodating

Very pleased so far!

We have lived at Fieldstone for a couple of months now and are very pleased with staff, maintenance, quietness, the pool, landscaping/groundkeeping, value and location. Good closet space (with lights!), great water pressure, air conditioning works very well, kitchen has plenty of cabinet storage and nice sized pantry (3 bedroom), good natural light from balcony/sliding doors and nice sized outdoor storage closet. Room sizes are good - we fit more furniture in that we ever expected!

Experience with finding my apartment and the move-in process

Miss Jessica (Fieldstone Property Manager) has been professional, courteous and warm to work with right from the beginning of my apartment searching activity through getting all documents together and handing over the apartment keys to me. As an international person I am not used to the procedures involved with moving into apartments here, and yet Miss Jessica has meticulously moved my application forward, and been very kind all along. I would like to recommend a "work" cell phone to the Property Managers, which they would possess during office hours. This suggestion is based on the inconvenience I faced in trying to communicate with Miss Jessica when ever she had to show prospective tenants their apartment units. Leaving a voice mail to the office land line phone was not a good option for me because my cell phone had no network coverage in my office building, and so returning my call was not an available option.

We love Fieldstone

My husband and I moved to Fieldstone about 4 months ago and we can not say enough about how much we enjoy living here. We have lived in a few other communities in the past and this is by far the best experience we have had. The ladies in the office are great. Anytime I've had a question or need anything, they are right on it. Maintenance is awesome! I called in a needed repair and they were there within 10 minutes to take care of it. This is a great place to live!!!
